For Buyers and other users of the website, Vape Shoppers may have access to the information you share or disclose to third party users or vendors during a purchase.

For Vendors, other users will be able to review your items for sale or any reviews which may be left by customers should this function become available. Other users will be able to see any information you choose to share to your shop profile.

When you use our platform, your public username may be displayed and be available to the public and any other users accessing the site.

In order to protect your personal data there is minimal necessary access to other users’ contact, delivery and financial information and only in relation to completing a purchase to fulfil payment and delivery.

When users are completing a transaction between two parties, they may will have access to each other’s name, user ID, email address and any other relevant contact information such as delivery and billing addresses.

For example, we may allow users to share additional information by their own agreement such as telephone numbers to discuss any queries before completing a transaction,  such as when a buyer wishes to discuss any queries with the vendor before making a purchase. We collect your personal data when you use our Services. When you create a new Vape Shoppers account, you provide us with information via a web form,  This information can be added or updated in your Vape Shoppers account or otherwise interact with us.

Personal data you provide when using our Services or creating a Vape Shoppers account:

• Age verification is required by law to operate on this platform as both a vendor and a customer. We therefore require you to confirm that you are over the age of 18. Vape Shoppers will charge the Vendor for this Age Verification process.
• You may provide us with additional information through a web form, via email or telephone or by updating or adding information to your Vape Shoppers account, dealing with inquiries, dispute resolution, customer service calls recorded with your consent, or if you contact us for any other reason.
